Our Return Policy doesn’t apply to Any Surfboards purchase and some sales items.

The other items purchased online may be mailed back to our warehousing facility for a refund or exchange with your RA number within 15 days of original purchase condition after you received merchandises.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Customers can ship the item(s) back to us at the address below, at your expense. However; we guarantee our items (excluding all Surfboards) to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective items for refund or exchange. Please contact us for your RA number and return label at order@ussanei.com .

Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund in accordance with our policy. If you do not have an RA Number, the return may be not acceptable.

返品につきまして

サーフボードと一部のセール商品は返品の対象となりませんのであらかじめご了承ください。

生産過程でおきた不良品の返品につきましては、送料弊社負担の上、在庫がある商品については交換または返金、在庫のない商品については返金をいたします。

その他の理由による返品及び交換は、未使用のものに限りお受けいたします。その場合の送料はお客様の負担となります。

どちらの場合も“返品番号”を発行いたしますので、お買い上げ日より１４日以内に必ずメールでorder@ussanei.comまでお問い合わせください。　返品番号のない返品はお受け取りすることができません。

セール商品の返品の場合は、お支払いいただいたセール価格の返金となります。

なお、輸送中におきた破損、紛失が理由の返品には応じかねますのでご了承ください。
